CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy At Cozy Corner Massage, I deeply value your time and strive to provide every client with the highest level of care and attention. In return, I kindly ask that you respect my time as well. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled time — or missed appointments with no notice — will incur a 50% cancellation fee. If you arrive late, I will do my best to give you your full session. However, to avoid delaying the next client, I reserve the right to end your session at the originally scheduled time.
